AI Coding Made Simple by DR GPT™

Class Terms and Disclaimer

Effective 8 October 2026. By buying a ticket you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Important disclaimer

AI Coding Made Simple by DR GPT™ is educational. It is not medical, legal, security, compliance or financial advice, and it is not CME.

AI-written code can contain mistakes and security flaws that neither you nor the AI will notice. No one can promise that a tool is safe. No particular result is promised, and results depend on your device, your AI account and your participation.

Never enter patient information, anyone's health information, passwords, API keys, or payment or bank details into any AI tool. Build for your own personal, non-clinical use. Anything that touches a chart, a patient or other people's data belongs inside your institution's approved systems, with IT and compliance involved. Check your employer's AI and IT policy before you use any AI tool on a work device, account or network.

Tools and vendors named in class are examples, not endorsements. I have no financial relationship with any of them unless I say so in class. Check each vendor's current security and privacy terms before you use it. My own digital twin is a personal project built on my own data at my own risk. It is not a medical device and it is not medical advice. I do not teach anyone to use real health data in class.

1. Who is selling

The class is offered by Harvey Castro, MD, MBA, doing business as DR GPT™ ("I"). Questions: drgpt@harveycastromd.com.

2. What you are buying

One seat for one person in a live two-hour Zoom class on Sunday 15 November 2026, 9:30 to 11:30 AM Central. There are 97 seats.

3. Price

The first 50 tickets cost $100 and are available through 31 October 2026, or until 50 tickets are sold, whichever comes first. After that, tickets cost $200 until the class date or until the seats are gone.

4. Refunds, transfers and cancellation

You receive a full refund if you ask by email on or before 8 November 2026. After that date your ticket transfers to the next live class, and no cash refund is due. If I cancel or reschedule, you may keep your ticket for the new date or receive a full refund, your choice.

5. Live only, no recording, no sharing

The class is live only and is not recorded. Your Zoom link is personal to you. Each ticket is one seat for one person. Do not share the link, record the class, or pass on the content. If I find a shared link or a recording, I remove that person from the session, the ticket is not refunded, and that person is not invited to future classes or talks.

6. Educational only

The class teaches you to build small software tools for your own use with AI. It does not give medical, legal, security, compliance or financial advice. It does not carry CME credit. No outcome and no result is promised.

7. Your safety rules

No patient information goes into any AI tool, ever. Build for personal, non-clinical use. Do not use anything you build for a clinical decision. Before anyone else relies on a tool you build, have a qualified person review it. Use vendors that publish current independent security audits and clear data terms, start with no connections to your email, drive or records, and keep a human in charge. The AI drafts and you decide.

8. Third-party tools

You need your own laptop, Zoom connection and a free account with the AI tool I name before class. You follow that tool's terms and your employer's policies. I do not control third-party tools, and they can change at any time.

9. My materials and what you build

The slides, the five-part prompt and other class materials belong to me. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, resell or redistribute them. The tools you build belong to you. I give no warranty on them.

10. Privacy

I collect your name, email address, payment confirmation and Zoom attendance. Payments are processed by Stripe, and I do not see your card number. I use your information to run the class and to send you class messages. I may send you other messages about my work, and every one of them includes a way to opt out. See the Privacy Policy.

11. Use at your own risk and limit of liability

You use what you learn and build at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses that result from tools you build or use, and my total liability for any claim about the class is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow me to limit.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Texas.

13. Changes

I may update these terms for future classes. The terms in effect when you buy your ticket apply to your ticket.
