Why I am giving this away

A book is a map. It is read once, set down, and remembered in pieces. The practices in it were never meant to be read. They were meant to be done, one at a time, on ordinary mornings.

So the daily email is the book actually working. Sixty days is long enough for you to find out whether it does anything for you, and short enough that I am not asking you to decide today.

There is a second reason and I will be straight about it. When you buy a book on Amazon, Amazon keeps the relationship and I never learn you exist. This page is how I find out. If you would rather not be on a list, that is completely fair, and the books stand on their own.

Make sure it reaches you

When the first email arrives, reply to it with a single word, or drag it out of Promotions into your Primary tab. Either one tells your mail provider these are wanted.

If you are registering with a hospital or health system address, consider using a personal one instead. Institutional filters are aggressive and they are not tuned for you. I would rather reach you than be technically correct about which address you gave me.

After the 60 days

You will get one email asking whether you want to continue, and one only. If you do, it is $49 for the year. If you do not, the emails stop and I will not chase you.
