List Your TEDx Speaker Call, Free

If you organize a TEDx event, I'd like to help the right speakers find your call before it closes. Listing is free for organizers and always will be.

Speakers apply through your own form, so your selection process stays entirely yours. I'm Harvey Castro, MD, an emergency physician and five-time TEDx speaker, and I run this directory because good speakers keep missing short application windows.

What happens after you submit

  1. You send the basics: event name, application link and deadline.
  2. I check the link against your own page before anything goes live.
  3. Your call appears in the directory. Speakers who save it get reminders 7 days and 2 days before your deadline.

Adding your theme and who can apply helps speakers judge their own fit, which tends to mean fewer off-target applications in your inbox.
