Healthcare leadership, AI accountability and patient and caregiver experience

Gil Bashe brings four decades of healthcare experience to conversations about AI, leadership and the human experience. His background spans health communications, public policy, executive leadership, journalism and patient advocacy. He examines what happens when innovation reaches patients, caregivers, clinicians, researchers and health organizations, and how leaders can reduce the friction that makes care difficult to deliver and navigate.

His sessions address human judgment, accountability, clinical research participation, caregiver inclusion and the relationship between health outcomes and economic reality. He approaches these subjects from leadership, implementation and patient perspectives.
