Tamsin Deasey-Weinstein is an AI and future of work strategist whose work connects AI adoption with workforce skills, governance and economic resilience. She leads the AI Intelligence pillar of the Cayman Islands Digital Transformation Task Force and serves on the Council of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce. She led Cayman’s 2024 national workforce futures study and works with industry groups to connect workforce research with training and policy.
